Let this clearly be stated, I am not a medical doctor and this advice is not intended to replace your current health professionals recommendations.
I am a just a health and life coach who has learned a few things about healing naturally, due to not being able to afford insurance most of my life who is simply sharing what works for me.
I am not selling anything, I am only sharing things that I have personally used myself with success for those of you desiring to take responsibility for your health seeking effective, affordable, natural solutions. I hold the belief that Mother Nature is smarter than man and my track record has proven it time and again.
This Coffee with Christie video contains advice on how to treat and cure walking pneumonia. This inquiry is very timely since I was recently exposed to mold and came down with this exact ailment, and I’m pleased to report that there is a super simple fix which can also be useful for other lung conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Besides my recent battle with pneumonia, I have plenty of experience with lung issues because as a youth, I suffered from asthma and was fed drugs like Theophylline, Prednisone, and Albuterol inhalers to no avail. Ironically, it wasn’t until I started smoking that my condition improved.
I am now my own doctor, and the first thing I did to treat my walking pneumonia was to go out and get some lemons, ginger, honey, and garlic. A few other items you will need are super high potency Cayenne, pure Oregano Oil (www.sacred-medicine.org), Peppermint Oil (www.peppermintjim.com) and H202 (food grade 35% hydrogen peroxide). So, what did I do with all this stuff?
1.) Grate up a whole finger of ginger, put it in some water and bring it to a boil.
2.) Squeeze a bunch of lemons.
3.) Put just a little bit of honey at the bottom of a cup. The purpose of the honey is to dissolve the essential oil.
4.) Place ONE DROP of oregano oil onto the honey. Only use one drop because it is harsh. Okay? And don’t spill it on your skin because it WILL BURN YOU! Oregano oil is a powerful medicine. Respect it. You can eventually increase the dosage to two or three drops as you become accustomed to it.
5.) Add a little bit of the cayenne to the honey and oregano.
6.) Strain the ginger and pour a little bit of the liquid over the honey/oregano/cayenne mix and stir it up well to ensure the oregano gets dissolved because if that drop of oil floats to the top you will get burned.
7.) Fill your cup with lemon juice and drink.
If your symptoms are not too extreme, you can omit the cayenne and oregano and drink the ginger and lemon concoction every day. I would also recommend adding this recipe to your tea.
What about the peppermint you may be asking? Well, besides applying it topically to your neck, throat, chest, and lungs you can help decrease the inflammation and clear out airwaves by placing a drop or two into your drinking water along with a drop of H202 and I’m not talking about the fluoridated crap from your tap. Fluoride was proven in 1922 to reduce IQ and is a known neurotoxin! Go out and buy some distilled water. If you make this the water that you drink you may never need an inhaler again.
Another aspect of the unpleasantness of lung issues involves mucus formation. Well, what causes mucus? Dairy, especially milk, is a big culprit. Don’t you ever think it’s odd that we’re the only species that drinks another animal’s lymphatic pus? Are you aware that the lymphatic system is the sewer of the body? Cows don’t even drink their milk after a certain age. So, if you want to eliminate the inflammation and mucus, you need to reduce all dairy intake. And by the way, when it comes to mucus, spit that crap out. Would you rather be polite or sick? The choice is yours. If you’re worried about being offensive, then find a discreet way to get it done because your body needs you to get rid of it.
Before most people fell under the spell of Big Pharma, they would administer their medicine directly through the lungs by smoking it. What was that medicine you ask? Mullein. You may have never heard of Mullein, or you may think it’s hard to find, but chances are you have some growing in your backyard. And here’s an extra tip for you campers, hikers, and homeless people. It’s the best toilet paper in the world, the original Charmin!
Another helpful thing you can do is make your own cream or oil. Get some coconut oil and add some cinnamon, clove, frankincense, and myrrh because these oils are excellent for lung health. They are also pineal gland stimulators, so you get double whammy action.
My grandma taught me a long time ago that a clove of garlic a day keeps the doctor away, and it’s true. Also useful are dandelion and red clover tea and foods high in vitamin C like pineapple, oranges, or pine needle tea (which has way more vitamin C than oranges).
I hope this video helps you make more informed decisions in your daily life in regards to better health.
